About A D Environmental
In 1993 Anthony P.
Davis formed this corporation in order to bring you high quality
asbestos abatement and hazardous materials handling and removal
services. The company was formed as a minority enterprise.
Since the 1880's asbestos
has been the primary form of insulation and fire retarding material
used in the construction of buildings and boiler plants. Although
the use of asbestos and its consequent adverse health effects are
documented in writing dating to the Roman Empire, it was not until
about 20 years ago that standards for its use began to develop.
In addition, it was not until about 10 years ago that the asbestos
abatement industry was born. Standards for lead abatement and exposure
levels are currently being developed, even though lead has been
a known health hazard for hundreds of years. There are many opportunities
present that call for the removal of asbestos (and lead-based paint)
because of the medically proven illnesses from exposure. A D
Environmental was initially formed to provide the task of asbestos
and lead abatement in an efficient and safe manner using quality
standards that exceed OSHA, EPA, and State Requirements,
while utilizing state-of-the-art work practices and equipment. We
have since expanded the company into the handling and removal of
other hazardous materials such as PCBs and biological hazards.
Our mission is to create
an organization of affiliated operations providing the best possible
environmental service.
At A D Environmental,
our background includes industrial hygiene, environmental health,
OSHA 40 hour training, general construction, government contracting
as well as asbestos and lead removal. We have conducted over 1,000
projects to date, and are very proud of the fact that we
have never been cited or fined for violation.
A D Environmental is
a full-service, quality-driven asbestos abatement removal company.
We are capable of performing operations up to our bonding limit
of $100,000.00. We have worked on projects as small as residential
dust and debris up to our bonding limit.
To date, A D Environmental
has over 14 years combined experience working in various aspects
of the asbestos field. We place a very high emphasis on training
and quality of work for asbestos removal. We are trained in asbestos
project management, building inspection/management planning, contracts/supervisors
as well as asbestos workers.
Our experience includes industrial
