Hardscape and drainage services

As part of AE’s Property Management Program, AE provides a complete line of hardscape services, including retaining wall designs and construction of a variety of retaining walls using interlocking blocks, pressure treated timber walls, crosstie walls, stone walls as well as other retaining wall materials. Our systems are designed and installed with complete structure drainage systems to enhance stability and protect against erosion and provide erosion control. In addition to retaining walls, we provide decorative patio installations using paver stones, brick, crab orchard rock and an assortment of other rock materials for patios and walkway construction. Finally, our patio and hardscape features can include soft outdoor lighting to cap off the outdoor living environment.

Additionally, AE’s hardscape systems include landscape design features such as outdoor lighting, outdoor living environments, pool and patio planting, soft mulch pathways and playground construction. As in all of our landscape/hardscape systems, we complete the areas using pine straw, decorative wood mulch, soft wood mulch, rubber mulch, flowers, shrubbery, trees and groundcover materials. On-going service for regular upgrades is also provided for convenient and continued long-term enjoyment.
