our office based surgery center offers our patients privacy,
convenience, and cost savings in a safe outpatient environment.
Our newly expanded facility
contains a comfortable waiting area for your family
or friends during your surgery. New preoperative rooms
offer a quiet and restful area for patients to relax
during their preparatory sedation before transport to
our fully equipped operating rooms.
Anesthesia, when scheduled,
is performed or supervised by physicians who regularly
provide services at our facility using modern equipment
and monitoring devices. Additionally, they oversee patient
recovery following general anesthesia.

AAAASF accreditation
is today's best assurance of safety, quality and efficiency.
Studies have demonstrated
that, typically, the cost to a patient for a procedure
performed in an accredited ambulatory surgery
facility is only one-third to one-half of the
cost for the same procedure performed in a hospital.
But this is only
part of the story. One of the factors contributing
to lower cost is the outstanding safety record
of accredited ambulatory facilities. It has been
shown that the incidence of complications in an
accredited outpatient facility is comparable to
that of a hospital-based ambulatory surgery facility.
Safety plus low cost make the accredited ambulatory
surgery facility an attractive option.

Recovery is
attended by experienced registered nurses with
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training. |
Following your discharge from
the recovery area, family members are instructed
in a patient-family conference room on what to
expect and what assistance you may need upon your
return to your home. |

room frequently provides an efficient, cost
effective location for addressing our patient's
needs. |
With the ability to perform
the most complex cosmetic surgery cases under general
anesthesia, our surgery center annually services well over
a thousand patients. As our safety record and cost
controls have attracted our private pay patients, these
same factors have also proven attractive to an increasing
number of insurance carriers who now contract with the
center for use of the facility as well. |
