William Barry
Amburn
is the managing partner of the King office. He graduated from Western Carolina University. He and his wife, Juno, have one son. Mr. Amburn is certified to practice public accounting in North Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Amburn is also a Deacon at First Baptist Church of King and a Trustee for Stokes Reynolds Memorial Hospital.
T. Michael Borden
is the partner in charge of the Tax Department. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University. He and his wife, Jean, have three children. Mr. Borden is certified to practice public accounting in North Carolina and Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax Division of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Glen E. Cannon
is the managing partner of the Clemmons office. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University. He and his wife, Anne, have two children. Mr. Cannon is a certified public accountant and an attorney. He is licensed in North Carolina to practice both fields of expertise. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, The North Carolina State Bar and North Carolina Bar Association. He is also the Treasurer and a Deacon at South Fork Church of Christ.
Thomas A. Nichols
is the partner in charge of the Accounting
Services Department. He received his education at
Wake Forest University. He and his wife, Diane,
have two sons. He is certified to practice public
accounting in North Carolina. Mr. Nichols is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and North Carolina Association of Certified Public
Accountants. He is also the Treasurer and a Deacon
at Peace Haven Baptist Church and serves as the
Treasurer of the Twin City Sertoma Club.
William C. Rose
is the managing partner of the Winston-Salem
office. He received his education at University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife,
Julie, have four children. He is certified to practice
public accounting in North Carolina. He is a member

and North Carolina Association of Certified Public

Michael L. Staley
is the managing partner of the Kernersville
office. He graduated from High Point University.
He and his wife, Tara, reside in Kernersville. He
is certified to practice public accounting in North
Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina
Association of Certified Public Accountants. He
is also an active member of the Kernersville Moravian
Church, Kernersville Rotary Club and plus he is
a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.
Richard J. Tamer
is the partner in charge of the Audit Department and Management Accounting Systems. He graduated from Wake Forest University and Forsyth Technical Community College. He and his wife, Tina, have three children. Mr. Tamer is certified to practice public accounting in North Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
