Shipped from St. Joe & Kansas City, MO & Waterloo & Des Moines, IA. All cuts of beef are Prime or Choice, the two highest quality cuts. All our beef is “Naturally Dry-Aged” for tenderness and flavor.
All our beef is cut and trimmed on the premises with no tenderizer or spices added. At Charlie's, we can comfortably say our steaks are unequalled. And remember – different cuts of beef have different taste, texture and marbling.
Extra Large Thick Sirloin
A colossal size cut of sirloin, so big that some customers have mistaken it for a roast.
Ribeye
Kay's, Nicholas' and Bob's favorite – they like the marbling flavor
New York Strip
It's a T-Bone without the bone. A true steak lover's favorite.
Tenderloin Filet
Paul's specialty – Lean and tender, this is one of Charlie's most popular steaks, weighing approx 8-10 oz.
Extra Large Thick Porterhouse T-Bone
The best of both worlds. A filet on one side and a New York Strip on the other. Some consider this the perfect steak.
Regular T-Bone
It's a Porterhouse without as large a filet but enjoys the same rich taste. Approximately 16 oz.
Steak for Two
Our Top Sirloin finely trimmed and served family style – Must be cooked the same way with each individual choice of baked potato or French Fries.
Steak for Three
Add an additional portion to the steak for two. This is a popular family choice.
Ground Sirloin
Approximately 12oz of fresh ground beef. It's the best in the city. Try it once and it will be a favorite of yours.
