The Beef: Prime, aged, corn-fed straight from the Midwest. It is shipped to Del Frisco's via truck twice a week. The beef is never frozen and we cut your steak to order right off the loin when the ticket enters the kitchen. The tenderloins are graded USDA Choice and up. The Lobster: Cold water Australian lobster tails - broiled golden. Ask your wait person for the prices and sizes available. The Salad Dressing: All salad dressings are made in our kitchen using the finest ingredients. We feature as house dressings: bleu cheese, avocado goddess, and vinaigrette. Deserts: All deserts are made fresh in our kitchen from our special recipes. Drinks: We offer an extensive wine list and the largest selection of single-malt Scotches in the Southeast. Please notice our oversized drinks. We use a full two-ounce jigger with a fresh soda, thereby ensuring the highest quality at a very reasonable price.
