Dr. Kellogg received his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry after having received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Kellogg grew up in Greensboro and has maintained a private practice here since 1988.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Guilford County Dental Society.  He regularly attends dental continuing education seminars, especially those pertaining to cosmetic dentistry.

He and his wife Audrey, have one son and one daughter and are members of St. Paul the Apostle Church.  They are active in a variety of volunteer and community activities.
