Our practice goals deal mainly with the vast majority of injuries to muscles, ligaments, tendons and bone in non-surgical orthopedic management.

Most sports injuries and occupational injuries can be managed conservatively with a rehabilitative focus. Dr. Malone brings a unique service to the Middle Georgia area. He is board certified and a diplomat of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

To enhance his training, Dr. Malone completed an orthopedic based sports medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute. He trained under the tutelage of Dr. James Andrews and has adapted state of the art sports medicine practices to treat occupational and non-occupational injuries.

Procedurally Dr. Malone performs electomyograph examinations (EMG's) evaluation and oversees a unique functional capacity process and ergonomic program. Likewise, he works diligently to coordinate return-to-work programs analogus to return-to-play for sports medicine athletes.
