Temporary: Ideally suited for an employer in need of some
extra help for special projects or to cover while a regular employee
is out sick, on vacation, or on maternity leave.
Temp to Hire: This program allows prospective employers
to evaluate our candidates on the job before making a long-term
hiring commitment. Are the candidates a good fit? Are they doing
a good job? You can get answers to these questions while the employee
is on our payroll. If your expectations are not met, you can simply
call us and we'll replace the candidate.
Direct Hire: If you wish to put one of our candidates on
your payroll from date of hire, for a flat placement fee we recruit,
prescreen, and interview candidates. You will only interview the
top candidates. If you are not satisfied, we will replace the
candidate, or refund the placement fee since our placements are
guaranteed.
