Hi-Way Muffler is located in the community of Shively, just off of Exit 5 of the
Watterson Expressway. Our company has been in business for over 20 years.
We are a family owned company, founded by Mr. Joe Thompson in the early 1980's.
"Hi-Way Joe" as he was called, believed that giving quality, friendly service at a reasonable
price was the best way to run a business. To this day we still operate the business his
way. And we have a very large customer base to show for it. We feel by only replacing
what is needed at the time is a way to save our customers money, and, when they do have a
need for exhaust repairs again, they'll be back to see us. We are now on our
3rd generation of customers. We feel you will be happy enough to tell a friend or a
member of your family.
