Service, is a native of Haverford, PA, and a 35-year
resident of Atlanta, GA. Prior to National Personnel
Recruiters, Pat was heavily involved in Sales
Management with the Colson Corporation Division
of The Marmon Group, Chicago, IL. J. Patrick is
a leading recruiter in the Sales, Marketing and
Management Fields in Business to Business, Healthcare,
Information Technology and Consumer Packaged Goods
Industries.

Franklin
"Lin" Haly, Vice President of National
Personnel Service was also raised in Haverford,
PA, and was one of six children. He attended the
University of Maryland on an athletic scholarship
and majored in Business Administration. He joined
the U.S. Marine Corps in 1964 and spent nine years
in the Marine Reserves after his active duty.
Lin
Haly began recruiting in the Convenience Store/Petroleum
and Food (Grocery) Industry in 1970, becoming
the first recruiting source to specialize in this
growing market segment. Since beginning this specialized
area of recruiting, National Personnel Services
has been successful working with numerous retail
convenience stores and petroleum marketers throughout
the United States. The areas of search and recruiting
span from President to Senior Level Staff to multi-unit
operations personnel.

Mary
Perez, Administrative Assistant and Office Manager
of National Personnel Recruiters has twenty five
years of Customer Service, Consulting and Administrative
expertise. Mary is a native of Jacksonville, FL,
and has been an Atlanta resident since 1995. Her
first position in Atlanta was with the Delta Air
Lines/Drake Beam Morin Career Center, a major outplacement
project for Delta Air Lines. She majored in Business
Administration at Florida Junior College of Jacksonville,
FL. Mary is currently attending Trinity Theological
