office is open for appointments Monday through Friday, from
8:45 am to 5:00 pm. Should you need to cancel an appointment,
please give us 24-hour notice.

Financial Policy
As
the physician provides the medical/surgical care you need,
the staff will be available to help you schedule appointments
and understand our office procedures. The following information
concerning the financial policy of the practice is important.
- Payment
is expected at the time service is rendered.
- If
you have health insurance, we will assist you in filing
your claim for prompt reimbursement to you.
- Bring
your insurance card and the mailing address of your
carrier with you.
