licensed water well drillers. All well installations meet the
requirements of Chapter 62-761 and Chapter 62-532,
F.A.C. |

|
| Site Assessments: |
| |
Data collected that will be used for contamination or
environmental assessments must be obtained and analyzed in
accordance with strict EPA/FDEP standards to assure that samples are
representative of the environmental condition and that the quality
of the data is assured. REMTECH has prepared a Comprehensive
Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) #910124g which is consistent with these
requirements and objectives. All fieldwork performed during the site
assessment is under the express supervision of a Professional
Geologist or Professional Engineer. A report of finding consistent
with state requirements is prepared, signed and sealed by a
registered Professional. |
| |
|
| Risk Assessment: |
| |
REMTECH has the qualifications and experience
necessary to conduct risk assessments to develop alternative site
rehabilitation levels (SRL's). The risk assessment, based on prior
site assessment information, is utilized to justify alternative
SRL's and consists of four major tasks: exposure assessment,
toxicity assessment, risk characterization, and the justification
for alternative SRL's. |

|
| Remedial Action Design, Installation and
Monitoring: |
| |
REMTECH personnel have designed and installed numerous
remediation systems and are currently operating, maintaining, and
monitoring ongoing cleanups. Our system designs have been approved
by the FDEP under Chapter 62-770.010, F.A.C. Engineering designs
equipment is provided by the equipment vendors and our associated
engineers to meet site needs. |

|
| Supervision of Land Farming of Contaminated
Soils: |
| |
REMTECH, Inc. has supervised and managed the
construction and operation of several large land farming projects
for treatment of excessively contaminated soils. All of the land
farm systems constructed by REMTECH have resulted in the
conclusion of the soil remediation projects within one
year. |
| |
|
| Environmental Assessments: |
| |
Environmental assessments are becoming a requirement of many
commercial real estate transactions. REMTECH, Inc. has the
professional and technical expertise required to conduct Phase I/II
Assessments, which in most cases require soil and groundwater
investigations, federal, state, and local regulatory file searches,
and historical background investigations. REMTECH, Inc. has
completed numerous audits for individuals, attorneys, banks, and
real estate developers. |
