At Renaissance
Chef Caterers, I realize that quality is important when looking
for a caterer. I also think that quality should lead to the
emphasis of value in meeting the customer's needs. Some of
my clients have commented that my food is unusual and "uncommonly good."
Due to my background
in culinary arts and travels, my cooking styles have been
exposed to various ethnic cuisines. I'm sure to find that
niche of authenticity you're looking for at your gatherings.
Some examples of my specialties are German, Thai, Italian,
and Korean.
Maybe I could impress
you with my position of chef at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale,
Arizona, a 5 star/4 diamond resort, or more locally at the
Undercurrent in Greensboro (1996-98) where we enjoyed a New
York Times write-up.

Staying in touch
with the public will only enhance our ability to know the
needs of our clientele. I'm also starting the Renaissance
Chef Line of Products based on the needs gathered from the public.
