Company History

Sean Skutnik started out as a young, ambitious, sole proprietor over ten years ago with a small pressure washing system in the state of New York.

After completing his college years and earning his degree in Marketing / Management, he started Southeastern Pressure Washing in January of 1996. Today, Sean Skutnik is the President of Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc.

After only a short time, it became aware that the pressure washing trade was a good choice for building a long-term business. However, overcoming the negative perceptions of pressure washing by uneducated customers and the bad experiences that were caused by unknowledgeable, unprofessional cleaning contractors would prove to be the biggest challenge of all.

Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc. is a company that believes in providing a quality cleaning or preserving job on every job, large or small! Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc. is not a high-volume, production-based company where quality is sacrificed for dollars. Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc. is not a franchise; it is still an owner-operated company. Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc. believes in spending the time to do it right with proper procedures, equipment and cleaners.

Due to our business plan, Southeastern Pressure Washing, Inc. has successfully grown every year since it was established by the original proprietor, Sean Skutnik. We will continue to strive to provide high-quality, professional pressure washing and preservation services on residential, commercial and industrial properties for many years to come.
