| Mr.
Stapp received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina
in 1968, and his Law degree from the University of Florida in 1974.
He was a former Public Defender and later entered private practice.
Since that time he has practiced primarily as a trial attorney concentrating
in personal injury litigation. In 1988 he joined Tim Martin in forming

| Mr.
Martin received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of
Florida in 1980. He also received his Law Degree from the University
of Florida in 1983. In 1983 he became an associate with the firm of
Williams and Stapp concentrating in personal injury litigation. He
