Screening
With screening criteria established by you, our client, we will
progressively screen only those people who meet your needs.
All newspaper and flyer advertisements will contain necessary
requirements for the positions offered, i.e. transportation,
past experience, etc. All responses will be directed to apply
at Temps
Plus
in person.
Application
Process
All applicants will be required to complete our application
at our office. The application contains current information,
current and past job information, educational background and
additional information. All applicants will complete forms that
comply with state and federal laws governing employment eligibility
and taxes.

Interviews
Each candidate, after having successfully passed all screening
criteria, completed the application and supplied references,
will be interviewed personally and extensively by Temps
Plus
Personnel Consultants. The interview will cover past performance
and work (or school) history. The interviewers will then discuss
the availability of the potential employee and note all discussion
accordingly.
Quality
Control
In addition to all the prescreening and interviewing, our staff
monitors all employees we place in your office. In the unlikely
event that a problem should arise, it will be handled quickly
and expeditiously by our staff.

Hiring of Temporary Employees
Regarding payroll transfer, Temps
Plus
stipulates 90 working days, or 500 hours of employment before
transfer. In the event of a transfer prior to the allotted number
of days, a charge of 30% of the first three months salary will
be assessed.

Services
We offer complete payroll services including payment of all
employee taxes, overnight payroll services anywhere in the United
States, processing of W-2 forms and defend all unemployment claims.
Employee
Leasing
We offer complete service - everything from payroll, benefits,
worker's compensation, general liability, state and federal
unemployment insurance, employee staffing and legal assistance.
