recent years, temporary agencies have proliferated in the states of
North and South Carolina and have become highly competitive. The characteristic
that distinguishes The Hiring Authority, Inc. from all the others is
service. We will never be out-hustled by another agency.
Mention fine foods and you immediately think of lobster and filet mignon.
Mention quality automobiles and you think of BMW. Mention the very best
in temporary service and The Hiring Authority, Inc. immediately comes
to mind. That is what some of the leading companies in the Carolinas
have told us.
The Hiring Authority, Inc. offers benefits based on the number of hours
employees have worked. It is the employee's responsibility to notify
The Hiring Authority, Inc. if he/she has qualified for any of the following
Vacation Pay - After having worked 1,400 hours in a 52 week period,
the employee is eligible for one week's vacation pay. If 1,400 hours
are not accrued during this period of time, on the 53rd week, the employee's
vacation hours start at zero hours.
Holiday Pay - Five paid holidays: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. To qualify for holiday pay,
the employee must work 500 hours within a 15 week period before each
holiday. The employee must also work the day before and after each holiday
or the next available working day.
