Jim Gerard Holehouse
 Jim
Gerard Holehouse, the oldest of nine children, was born in Coshocton,
Ohio in 1950. He had an early interest in the fine arts, but pursued
an education in mechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati.
Tropic Art Design, Inc. was formed in 1979 by the artist and now is
joined by his brother, John. His major painting interests
continue to celebrate the colors, the emotion and spontaneity of the
tropics, the sea and the architecture adjacent to the sea.
What distinguishes Jim's limited editions is the hand glazing. This
obviously conveys that special look and can be ordered with color preferences.
He has exhibited in his own gallery since 1980 and is sold and collected worldwide.
