The villa was built in 1990 with constant respect given to the natural flora and rock formations which have been further enhanced by the select planting of palm trees and interesting tropical plants and flowers. Seacliff, with its envious position at the tip of prestigious Ocean Point, offers you a view of the brilliant sea from each and every room.

Outside, you will find numerous covered decks as well as open decks where you can enjoy colorful skies in the afterglow of sunset and see more stars than you thought possible. Steps lead right to the sea where you will find a ‘foot friendly’ white, sandy bottom at a depth of 2-4 feet along this scenic shoreline; or walk, wade, or swim to nearby Taylor Beach, where you will find a large crescent-shaped, white sand beach, which is almost always deserted.

At home, you may want to take a dip in the fresh water pool, or sit on the terrace and breathe in air and scenery like nowhere else with trade winds bringing you an almost constant gentle breeze. Inside, you will find a tastefully furnished interior with Italian tile floors, paneled walls in a pickled finish, beamed and paneled ceilings (30 feet high in living room!), with an attractive exterior of weathered fir and cedar.

Life at Seacliff is truly delightful and may be summed up by a comment from a recent guest who said, while lying in the hammock, “it’s so nice here, you just have to make yourself go out and have a good time.”

Seacliff has four bedrooms; each opening onto exterior decks providing spectacular views of turquoise waters, beaches, and distant harbor. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and in-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more.  Additionally, there is a TV receiving over 30 cable channels, a nice stereo system for CD’s and cassette tapes, and there is a washer and dryer, plus other amenities.

Rental rates are for the entire villa and there are no add-ons and
no service charges.  Odd days in addition to one week are sometimes available
