Moonshadow, with its dramatic oceanfront position, offers you spectacular vistas of brilliant turquoise seas from several inviting vantage points. From poolside, see the ocean meeting the white sands of Sapodilla Bay as you watch luxury sailboats and yachts approach a peaceful anchorage while distant commercial ships make their way to the harbor at South Dock. Or, sit on your deck on the other side of the house and see pale turquoise waters gently lapping the white sandy beach at nearby Taylor Bay, with the vivid colorful waters of Chalk Sound visible in the distance. Enjoy these views from any of the open decks, covered decks, in the hammock, or on the screened porch while having cocktails or a memorable meal.

The interior of this villa is open and spacious with cathedral beamed ceilings in each room, an en-suite bathroom for each of the four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven and more. Additionally, Moonshadow has cable TV, stereo for CD's and cassettes, washer and dryer, as well as other amenities.

Moonshadow benefits from an almost constant trade wind coming off the sea that provides an almost perfect temperature, but ceiling fans are in every room if you need them. If you wish to have air conditioning in the bedrooms, it can be made available at a nominal cost and it is metered separately.

Moonshadow has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional bedroom which can accommodate a nanny or a child.

Rental rates are for the entire villa and there are no add-ons and
no service charges.  Odd days in addition to one week are sometimes available.
