Westbrook Senior Center
Our full service adult day service program is designed to meet the needs of functionally impaired senior adults through individualized plans of care. We incorporate planned physical and mental stimulation, health screening, therapeutic activities, hot meals. Transportation and other personal care services are all within our center, located in West Knoxville, TN. This service also provides respite to family caregivers.

Programs and services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. Rates range from $32 per day and vary according to levels and frequency of service.

Westbrook Personal Care Service
Our program provides in-the-home personal care to senior adults, enabling them to maintain their independence by continuing to live in their home. This service can also supplement caregiving needs when they are hospitalized or in a nursing home.

Programs and services are available 7 days a week up to 24 hours per day. Rates are priced per hour and vary according to level and frequency of service.

Westbrook Rehabilitation Center
Our Medicare approved comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychotherapy. These services are available separately or as part of an interdisciplinary team approach to resolving health care problems.

Programs and services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 PM Westbrook Rehabilitation Center accepts payment through a variety of insurance companies as well as Medicare.
