Confirming Reservations
Wingate Inn will hold your reservation until at least 4:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after this time, you may guarantee your reservation with a major credit card or an advance deposit. Be sure to inquire when you are making your reservation what the specific hold time will be. Most credit cards are accepted by Wingate Inn.

Guaranteed Reservations
Once guaranteed, your reservation will be held all night (until local check-out time the next day.) If you have a question regarding your reservation, just call us.

If, for some unforeseen reason, a room is unavailable when a guest with a confirmed reservation arrives, Wingate Inn will provide alternate accommodations of equal or greater value and will pay the first night's lodging. In addition, the hotel will pay for transportation to that establishment and a phone call to notify home or the office of the change.

Cancellations
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation by calling us directly before 4:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival. Please be sure to record your cancellation number.

Please note that advance deposit reservations, special events or holidays may have additional cancellation requirements which vary. Please inquire about these policies at the time you make your reservation.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Every Wingate Inn guest should leave our hotel completely satisfied. If any part of your stay is not to your pleasing, stop by the front desk to voice your concern. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction in a timely manner, your money will be refunded.
